2nd HR Excellence Week was successfully held in Shanghai
In this challenging time, 150 Senior HR Executives were still passionate for attending this HR grand festive. 2nd HREW included conferences, open forums and training demo show.
4th Recruiting & Staffing Conference 2009 focused on share news ideas and approaches for recruiting professionals through the changing economy. Led by Prof. Ming Lu by Fudan University, 10 eminent speakers from Intel, Pfizer, Oracle, Evonik, IBM, Deloitte, Honeywell delivered wonderful speeches on Staff Planning, Talent Assessment, Sourcing, Channel Management, Recruitment Process Optimization, RPO, Employer Branding.
5th Annual Learning and Development 2009 embraced the theme of Small Budget, Big Impacts. Around 10 HR leaders from Amway, PepsiCo, IBM, Siemens, GSK, Mercer, Novartis, Verigy share their unique experience in different business models. All participants learned a lot in L&D in the economic downturn, Training needs and training plan, Training results assessment, L&D Innovation, Improving the training performance.
This event also gained great support from AEMBA, Celemi, Mercer, PDI, CCH, LNGHR, ChinaHRP, Harvest Business, CEIBS.
